Formation Financial was built on the premise that the habit of saving is an education. At our firm, we believe that knowledge is power. Before we develop a plan, we educate ourselves about the client. We ask the important questions to find out our clients current stage in life. From there, both short term and long term goals are identified so that the important financial elements are incorporated into the clients overall plan. Once this custom-tailored financial plan is in place, we continue to proactively work with our clients to review financial milestones and ensure the client is always comfortable with the chosen financial path. Communication is one of the important cornerstones of our clients. We let our clients know how frequently they will hear from us and that we are available to talk anytime. At Formation Financial it is important to execute a few core elements to assure we have done our best for the client. We strive to listen before speaking, thinking before writing, investigating before investing, and saving before retiring.
