In Episode 26 of our podcast “Advisor Edge: The GVA Way,” James sits down with Paul and Peter Tourville, founders of Next Level Planning & Wealth Management, to discuss how Financial Wellness Done Right has become a powerful growth engine for their firm. As we prepare to roll out Financial Wellness Done Right through the GVA Growth Accelerator Program, we’re excited to bring this proven growth strategy to advisors within our network. Some key takeaways about Financial Wellness Done Right. It is proven and scalable. Over the past two decades, Next Level has refined a model that has helped fuel extraordinary growth while maintaining exceptional client retention and long-term relationships. It creates opportunities for advisors. By providing impactful education and guidance, advisors can establish trust, build relationships, and create a sustainable pipeline of qualified introductions within their local communities. It motivates action. The goal isn’t simply education; it’s helping participants take meaningful steps to improve their financial future. With more than 100,000 participants having gone through the program, the results speak for themselves. It’s holistic, not product-focused. Financial Wellness Done Right helps individuals navigate real-life financial decisions—from buying a home and managing debt to retirement planning and income strategies—rather than focusing on specific products or market commentary. It creates value for employers. Organizations can offer a powerful financial wellness benefit to employees without adding additional costs, helping strengthen employee engagement and appreciation of existing benefits. A special thank you to Paul and Peter for sharing their insights and for being outstanding partners. We look forward to continuing to grow together. Discovering his passion for design and technology and building up a web design and UX work portfolio, Mike spent the next six years at Comcast, fulfilling various roles on the digital and e-commerce teams, from UX designer to front-end developer to his final role as a Senior Art Director. After transitioning into management consulting, he was on the road for three years, working with enterprise-level companies such as Microsoft, Aon, and Vanguard and expanding his skill set from digital and web to organizational strategy and management.
